Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — username, email address, password hash, and the date of birth you give at registration.
• Location data — the US state derived from your IP address, recorded at registration and checked again before any real-money action.
• Identity data — when verification is required, our identity provider collects and checks your documents. We store only the resulting status.
• Payment data — handled by our payment provider. We store a customer reference and the amounts moved, never your card number.
• Gameplay data — matches, moves, stakes, results, and the device and network fingerprint of each session.

Why we use it

To run matches and settle prizes, to keep the platform fair by detecting collusion and multi-accounting, to meet our age, location and anti-fraud obligations, and to support you when something goes wrong. We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Our payment, identity-verification, email and hosting providers, each only with what they need to perform their function; and law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Financial and verification records are retained for the period required by law. Gameplay records are kept while your account is open and for as long as a dispute or investigation may reference them.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to close your account and delete what we are not required to retain. Contact privacy@skillbased.gg. To stop playing without closing your account, use the self-exclusion tools described on Responsible Gaming.

Cookies

We use a single httpOnly cookie to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
